As mentioned above, the platform is already functioning on BSC, and it’s supposed to go live on Ethereum with Open Source Web 3.0 extension (much like the well-known MetaMask) to interact with other DeFi protocols and towards multi-chain expansion.
LOOPStarter also brings forward use cases that tend to appeal to more users. As DeFi continues to boom, it provides an effective platform that’s reliable enough for users to function in a truly decentralized manner.
For any token on the smart chain to have an availability to be swapped on a decentralized exchange, it must have an available liquidity pool of tokens for swapping. The challenge remains on how to properly incentivize users to keep such liquidity pools maintained. An automatic liquidity acquisition can be featured as an alternative solution compared against the traditional “farming reward” structure. An automatic liquidity acquisition function where users are offered rewards instead of traditional farming rewards. Although automatic liquidity acquisition may contribute to stability, an inherent burn which can achieve token scarcity with a depreciating token supply. The combination of these tokenomics seeks to eliminate the flaws of various predecessors, while providing useful incentives for use case and adoption. Effectively, any application that is added with these smart contract functions could have the effect of amplifying LOOPStarter tokenomics.
Fee
Every transfer made with LOOPS must incur a 3,5% transfer tax, which is broken down as follows:
1,5% - The portion of the 6% fee from swap and transfers can be kept in a standalone pool within the contract.
1% - Sent to the Liquidity Pools.
0,2% - Returned to Liquidity Pools in the form of a fee reward for liquidity providers on LOOP DEX
0,3% - Refer a friend and earn 0.3% for each successful transaction.
2% - The other 2% transfer tax will be burned immediately. The whole process is automatic.
